About a third of all the food produced never reaches a human stomach. In this webinar, we will explore food waste and what we can do to minimize them. We will also dive deeper on how my scientific research intertwines on this aspect. I'd love to interact with students, therefore it would likely be a 20-30 min talk followed by a Q&A session.
