Mátyás Csukás

My name is Mátyás Csukás. I was born in Salonta (Romania) and I live here. My mother language is Hungarian. I am 52 years old, married with two children. I am a mechanical engineer, a programmer and an amateur astronomer.

I have been making astronomical observations since 1984, only visually. My main area is observing variable stars. I created a desktop application for this activity. I also wrote an astrophysics educational book in Hungarian and I am a member of the Hungarian Astronomical Association.
