Behavioral Biases in our Decision Making

Let's discover what shortcuts and approximations - also called heuristics - our brain employs to make timely and resource-saving decisions and what mistakes we can avoid by understanding some of the behavioral/cognitive biases, fallacies and effects we are all subject to. Once we understand the mechanisms of human decision making we can start making better decisions. Learning about biases is fun and very useful! You will start observing some of the learned biases in others and (hopefully) at times in yourselves too, avoiding the Bias Blind Spot.
